Kosme ships Australia-wide from Melbourne, with select items sourced directly from Japan.

1. Shipping Types
In-Stock (Melbourne Fulfilment): 2–8 business days
Japan-Sourced Items: up to 21 days delivery
(Japan-sourced items are clearly indicated on the product page.)

2. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $12.50 flat rate (Melbourne stock)
Japan-Sourced Shipping: $20 flat rate
Free Shipping: Orders over $85 AUD (Melbourne stock only)
Free shipping is calculated before discounts are applied.

3. Tracking
You will receive updates when your order is processed and when tracking becomes available.

4. Important Information
Mixed Orders: May be shipped together once all items are ready.
Delivery Timeframes: Estimates only; delays may occur outside our control.
Address Accuracy: Please check your address at checkout. Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
