Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
By selecting a purchase option (such as a Pre-order or Subscription) at checkout, you authorise Kosme to store your payment method and fulfil your order at a later date or on a recurring basis.
1. Cancellation Window You may cancel your purchase option at any time before the order has been processed for fulfilment. Once an item has entered the shipping process, the order cannot be cancelled, and our standard policy applies.
2. Pre-orders
- Full Payment: If you paid in full, you can request a 100% refund at any time before the item ships.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled via your Customer Account portal. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel an outstanding purchase option, please:
- Log in to your customer account and select "Manage Purchase Options."
- Or, email our support team at hello@kosme.com.au with your order number.
5. Changes to Orders
We reserve the right to cancel purchase options due to unforeseen inventory shortages or production delays. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
