Kosme ships Australia-wide from our locations in Melbourne and Japan. We pack your orders with care and aim to get them to you as quickly as possible!

Please allow 2 – 8 business days for processing and delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Where We Ship From

Some items are shipped from Japan (with love 💌), and some from Melbourne. If your order includes items from both locations, they may arrive in separate parcels – but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
