1. How Our Monthly Drop Works
We process orders in monthly cycles. Please refer to the timeline below to see when your order will arrive:
- Order Cut-off: The 7th of every month.
- Sourcing & Packing (Japan): The 8th – 14th.
- International Transit: Bulk shipments leave Japan on the 15th.
- Arrival in Australia: Approximately the 29th (subject to customs clearance).
- Local Delivery: We ship to your door within 3–5 business days of the shipment arriving at our Australian hub.
Note: If you place an order on or after the 8th of the month, your items will be included in the following month’s shipment cycle.
Ready to Ship vs. Monthly Drop
- Ready to Ship: Items labelled "In Stock" are located in our Australian hub and usually ship within 24–48 hours.
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both "In Stock" and "Monthly Drop" items, we will hold your local items and ship the entire order together once the Japan shipment arrives. This allows us to maintain our Free Shipping over $85 offer.
- If you would like your local items sent immediately, please place two separate orders.
